What Happens if a Laptop Fails?
If a device fails any part of the inspection it does not ship. We either repair it, relist it at a lower grade with the defect disclosed, or retire it for parts. We never ship a device we would not use ourselves.
If a problem slips through — it happens rarely, but it does — our 30-day warranty covers hardware defects, DOA items, and anything not matching the listing.
