Processing Time

• Orders ship within 24 business hours, Monday–Friday.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST ship the same business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping Costs

• Minimum shipping cost: $8.99
• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight and dimensions.
• Shipping is not included in the item price.
• All shipments are insured and trackable.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier and destination.

Local Pickup

Pickup Availability

• Local pickup is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually ready for same-day pickup.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be ready the next business day.
• Closed on weekends and holidays.

How Pickup Works

1. Select "Local Pickup" during checkout.
2. Complete your order.
3. You will receive an email confirming your order and providing pickup instructions.
4. Bring a copy of your order confirmation (digital or printed) when picking up.
5. The name and email on the order must match the person picking up the item.

Pickup Today (Same Day)

Products are available for same-day pickup from our Reno warehouse. If ordered before 2:00 PM, they are typically ready within 1–2 hours.

Pickup Later (Scheduled or Next Day)

If you prefer to pick up your order later, you may schedule a pickup time during business hours. We will hold your order for 7 days from the date of purchase.

What to Bring

• Your order confirmation email
• A matching ID if required
• The payment method used (for verification, if needed)

Unclaimed Pickups

Orders not picked up within 7 days may be automatically cancelled and refunded unless you contact us for an extension.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide.
• Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
• Important: Customs, duties, VAT, and broker fees are NOT included in item or shipping prices.
• If you refuse to pay customs fees and the item is returned to us, the refund will be deducted for the order total amount.

Returns Policy (Excludes "As-Is" Items)

30-Day Warranty and Return Guarantee

• Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Wrong item ordered by customer: Customer covers return shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Contact us with photos and issue description. We provide a return label or refund shipping costs. No restocking fee applies in these cases.

"As-Is" Items

"As-Is" items are final sale—no returns or refunds. These items are sold as-is due to defect, damage, or other limitations and will be clearly labeled in the product title and description.

Important Notes

• Returns involving altered, swapped, or tampered items will be rejected.
• Abuse of the return system may result in account suspension or loss of privileges.
• Return policies for pickup orders are the same as shipped orders.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Check return eligibility (30-day window, non "As-Is").
2. Email or call with your order number and issue (include photos if applicable).
3. Receive an RMA number and instructions.
4. Return the item securely with the RMA clearly labeled.
5. Upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed, minus any applicable fees.
