Ordering & Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground or 2-Day shipping. You can select your preferred carrier during checkout. Shipping costs depend on your location and order contents.

How quickly do you ship orders?

Orders placed before 2 PM PST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday.

How can I track my order?

A tracking email is sent once your package ships. You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and any import fees. These are not included in the shipping price.

Products & Condition

What condition are the laptops in?

All laptops are tested and inspected before shipping. Product descriptions include details about cosmetic condition and any defects. Minor cosmetic wear (small scratches, light scuffs) is expected on used electronics.

What does "As-Is" mean?

"As-Is" items are sold without warranty and are final sale. These may have defects, damage, or other limitations clearly noted in the listing. They're ideal for parts or repair projects.

Do the laptops include chargers?

Check the individual product description. Most laptops include a charger, but some listings may not. This is always noted in the listing details.

Are these laptops refurbished or just used?

Our laptops are tested and functional used computers. We inspect and test all units, but they are not factory refurbished. Think of them as quality pre-owned laptops.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are not marked "As-Is." Items must be in original condition. Customer covers return shipping with a 20% restocking fee for buyer's remorse returns.

What if my laptop arrives defective?

Contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. For defective or incorrectly described items, we provide a return label and full refund or replacement—no restocking fee.

What warranty do you offer?

All laptops (except "As-Is" items) come with a 30-day warranty. If you experience any issues within 30 days, contact us for a return or exchange.

How do I start a return?

Email us at laptopparts775@gmail.com or call (775) 737-9750 with your order number and issue. We'll provide an RMA number and return instructions.

Payment & Account

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and manage returns more easily.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure with SSL encryption. We never store your full credit card details.

Business & Bulk Orders

Do you offer bulk pricing for businesses?

Yes! Repair shops and businesses can receive dedicated account managers and access to bulk pricing. Contact us through our contact page to set up a business account.

Can you ship without branding (white label)?

Yes, we can ship without any branding or invoice for resellers. Add a note during checkout requesting a white-label shipment.
