What's NOT Covered
- "As-Is" items – These are sold without warranty and are final sale
- Physical damage – Drops, spills, or damage caused after delivery
- Software issues – Operating system problems, viruses, or user-installed software
- Normal wear – Cosmetic wear disclosed in the original listing
- Altered items – Items that have been modified, opened, or tampered with

How do I make a warranty claim?
Email laptopparts775@gmail.com or call (775) 203-1085 with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide an RMA number and return instructions. For defective items we cover return shipping.
Does the warranty cover physical damage?
No. The warranty does not cover drops, spills, or damage caused after delivery. It also does not cover As-Is items, software issues, or normal cosmetic wear disclosed in the listing.
Will I get a refund or replacement under warranty?
After we inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.
