What's Covered
- Hardware defects – Components that fail under normal use within 30 days
- Dead on arrival (DOA) – Items that don't work when received
- Not as described – Items that differ significantly from the listing description
- Wrong item shipped – We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item
What's NOT Covered
- "As-Is" items – These are sold without warranty and are final sale
- Physical damage – Drops, spills, or damage caused after delivery
- Software issues – Operating system problems, viruses, or user-installed software
- Normal wear – Cosmetic wear disclosed in the original listing
- Altered items – Items that have been modified, opened, or tampered with
