What's Covered

  • Hardware defects – Components that fail under normal use within 30 days
  • Dead on arrival (DOA) – Items that don't work when received
  • Not as described – Items that differ significantly from the listing description
  • Wrong item shipped – We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item

What's NOT Covered

  • "As-Is" items – These are sold without warranty and are final sale
  • Physical damage – Drops, spills, or damage caused after delivery
  • Software issues – Operating system problems, viruses, or user-installed software
  • Normal wear – Cosmetic wear disclosed in the original listing
  • Altered items – Items that have been modified, opened, or tampered with
