This Dell laptop is listed as Open box condition. It has been tested and verified fully functional before shipping.

Is 16GB RAM enough for everyday use?

Yes. 16GB RAM is sufficient for web browsing, office work, video calls, and most productivity tasks. For heavy multitasking or running local AI models, 32GB is ideal — but 16GB handles the majority of everyday workloads well.

Can I upgrade the storage on this Dell laptop?

This laptop comes with 256GB NVMe SSD of SSD storage. Most laptops with M.2 or 2.5" SATA SSDs can be upgraded. Check the specific model's service manual for the slot type. Replacing the SSD does not void the warranty on most units.
