What condition is this Dell laptop in?

This Dell laptop is listed as Used condition. It has been tested and verified fully functional before shipping.

Is 16 GB RAM enough for everyday use?

Yes. 16 GB RAM is sufficient for web browsing, office work, video calls, and most productivity tasks. For heavy multitasking or running local AI models, 32GB is ideal — but 16 GB handles the majority of everyday workloads well.

Can I upgrade the storage on this Dell laptop?

This laptop comes with 512 GB SSD of SSD storage. Most laptops with M.2 or 2.5" SATA SSDs can be upgraded. Check the specific model's service manual for the slot type. Replacing the SSD does not void the warranty on most units.

What is included with this Dell laptop?

Please check the listing photos and description for exact accessories included. Chargers and adapters are noted when present. If you need a compatible charger, we recommend checking GotLaptopParts.com for Dell-compatible power adapters.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How fast will this laptop ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. This unit weighs approximately 10 lbs.

Can I run local AI on this Dell laptop?

Yes. This laptop has a built-in NPU (Neural Processing Unit) via its Intel Core Ultra 7 265U 2.10 GHz processor. It can run local AI models like Llama, Mistral, and Phi-3 using Ollama — no cloud, no subscription. Visit onlineusedlaptops.com/laptops-for-local-ai for compatible models and setup guides.
